  • Optimized pumping speed due to auto regulation of operating voltage by the controller
  • Convenient access to all elements of the vacuum system by utilizing either the analog or RS232/485 ports
  • Multiple configurations available to suit your needs - whether operating one to four pumps with varying sizes, from 20 to 500 liters/second
  • Applied high voltage is optimized as a function of pressure, providing more accurate pressure readings, allowing pressure measurement in the 10-10 mbar range - the UHV region
  • Protect mode limits the current to protect the pump and controller.
  • Cable is equipped with an interlock system which immediately shuts down the high voltage when the plug is removed from the pump
  • The AC component of the HV output is reduced to a minimum, virtually eliminating the need for additional filters - especially useful for SEM applications
