STORE KEEPER CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE
Non-Executive
Responsibilities:

• Able to handle daliy sales enquiries from customers via phone, email or fax.
• Prepare sales quotation and monitor the progress of the purchasing cycle
• Able to perform Purchase Order loading, Invoice and Delivery Order issuance.
• Able to process customer PO and arrange for shipment for delivery
• Maintain an effective and efficient filing system
• Delivery of goods
• To ensure all incoming goods are in good condition and correct quantity.
• Reworking and repacking of goods prior to delivery.
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure the operation process runs smoothly
• Able to delegate daily operation arrangement

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jambul and Juru area (For position in Penang)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mt. Austin and JB area (For position in Johor)
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material/Customer Service & Warehouse Management or equivalent
• Computer literarte:- MS Excel, MS Words
